Please review our salon policies before booking your appointment.
Cancellations
24-hour notice required. Last-minute cancellations / no-shows = $50 fee + loss of deposit.
Payments
$50 non-refundable deposit. Cash only for balance. No refunds.
Guests
For safety & sanitation, no extra guests allowed.
Late Arrivals
10-min grace. After 10 mins = $20 fee. After 30 mins = cancellation + loss of deposit.
Service Guidelines
Age & Health Restrictions
You must be 13+ to be serviced. Do not book with scalp infections or conditions.
Hair Length Requirement
Hair must be at least 4 inches long all around. No blunt ends.
Hair Preparation
Arrive with hair washed & blow-dried straight. Free of oils & products. Select blow-dry add-on if needed.
Product Sensitivity
Let us know before your appointment if you have scalp sensitivity.

The style you book is the style you will receive. No changes once booked. Add-ons can be adjusted within reason.
Appointment Hours
Regular hours: 8 AM – 7 PM. Bookings outside these hours incur a $50 VIP fee.
